Remove completefloat assembly by undoing the two screws on thepivot frame, main valve seat and gasket and ifdamaged replace with a new one. Fit support frameand pivot frame by using two set screws but do nottighten full. Place the float arm and complete theassembly by placing the pin. Now tighten the setscrews. Refit the cover.II) For 40 and 50 NB Main Valve Assly.: Unscrewcover bolts and lift off the cover. Unscrew theassembly set screws. Remove the main assembly,if damaged replace with a new one. Refit the coverby using the cover bolts and nuts.Spare Parts:The available spare parts are shown in heavyoutline. Parts drawn in broken line are not availableas spares.
